入力するとデータ解析して、ストリームの画質やらを

こんな感じで聞かれるので、いい感じに数値入力して選択するとflvが幾つかのパートに分割されてダウンロードされる。
シェルスクリプト系でやろうとするとプロンプト出したりするの面倒そうだったしRustの勉強にもなるかなと思ってやってみました。 一応Githubにあげてあります。
